 Here are some tips to get your Interlibrary Loan items faster!


 


When creating your account:


1.  Make sure you use your NSU username as your ILLiad username OR use your NSU email address


2.  When it asks for CAMPUS ADDRESS, please enter your home or mailing address


3.  Be sure you enter your status (undergraduate, graduate, faculty or staff) and major (if you're not sure, choose the closest option)


 


When ordering items:


1.  Give us as much information as you can - the more you give us, the less we have to find to complete your request


2.  Fill in the WHERE DID YOU FIND THE ITEM CITED box - we don't request your item from other libraries until we're sure the citation
